Analog Devices Inc.
The LTC4359 is a positive high voltage ideal diode controller that drives an external N-channel MOSFET to replace a Schottky diode. It controls the forward-voltage drop across the MOSFET to ensure smooth current delivery without oscillation even at light loads. If a power source fails or is shorted, a fast turn-off minimizes reverse current transients. A shutdown mode is available to reduce the quiescent current to 9?A for load switch and 14?A for ideal diode applications. When used in high current diode applications, the LTC4359 reduces power consumption, heat dissipation, voltage loss and PC board area. With its wide operating voltage range, the ability to withstand reverse input voltage, and high temperature rating, the LTC4359 satisfies the demanding requirements of both automotive and telecom applications. The LTC4359 also easily ORs power sources in systems with redundant supplies.Applications Automotive Battery Protection Redundant Power Supplies Supply Holdup Telecom Infrastructure Computer Systems/Servers Solar Systems

The LTC2655-H has a full-scale output of 4.096V with the integrated reference and operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply. Each DAC can also operate with an external reference, which sets the full-scale output to 2 times the external reference voltage. The parts use the 2-wire I2C compatible serial interface. The LTC2655 operates in both the standard mode (maximum clock rate of 100kHz) and the fast mode (maximum clock rate of 400kHz). The LTC2655 incorporates a power-on reset circuit that is controlled by the PORSEL pin. If PORSEL is tied to GND the DACs power-on reset to zero-scale. If PORSEL is tied to VCC, the DACs power-on reset to mid-scale.Applications Mobile Communications Process Control and Industrial Automation Instrumentation Automatic Test Equipment Automotive

The LTC5569 dual active downconverting mixer is optimized for diversity and MIMO receiver applications that require low power and small size. Each mixer includes an independent LO buffer amplifier, active mixer core, and bias circuit with enable pin. The symmetry of the IC assures that a phase and amplitude coherent LO is applied to each mixer. The RF inputs are 50? matched from 1.4GHz to 3.3GHz, and easily matched for higher or lower RF frequencies with simple external matching. The LO input is 50? matched from 1GHz to 3.5GHz, even when one or both mixers are disabled. The LO input is easily matched for higher or lower frequencies, as low as 350MHz, with simple external matching. The low capacitance differential IF outputs are usable up to 1.6GHz.Applications Wireless Infrastructure Diversity Receivers MIMO Infrastructure Receivers Remote Radio Units
