DC2018A

Analog Devices Inc.
The LT8330 is a current mode DC/DC converter capable of generating either positive or negative output voltages using a single feedback pin. It can be configured as a boost, SEPIC or inverting converter consuming as low as 6?A of quiescent current. Low ripple Burst Mode operation maintains high efficiency down to very low output currents while keeping the output ripple below 15mV in a typical application. The internally compensated current mode architecture results in stable operation over a wide range of input and output voltages. Integrated soft-start and frequency foldback functions are included to control inductor current during start-up. The 2MHz operation combined with small package options that, combined with a high switching frequency of 2MHz, help maintain a small foot print for an overall efficient, space-saving and cost effective solution.APPLICATIONS Industrial and Automotive Telecom Medical Diagnostic Equipment Portable Electronics

DC2019B

Analog Devices Inc.
The LT8614 step-down regulator features Silent Switcher architecture designed to minimize EMI emissions while delivering high efficiency at frequencies up to 3MHz. Assembled in a 3mm ? 4mm QFN, the monolithic construction with integrated power switches and inclusion of all necessary circuitry yields a solution with a minimal PCB footprint. An ultralow 2.5?A quiescent current?with the output in full regulation? enables applications requiring highest efficiency at very small load currents. Transient response remains excellent and output voltage ripple is below 10mVP-P at any load, from zero to full current. The LT8614 allows high VIN to low VOUT conversion at high frequency with a fast minimum top switch on-time of 30ns. Operation is safe in overload even with a saturated inductor.Essential features are included and easy to use: An open-drain PG pin signals when the output is in regulation. The SYNC pin allows clock synchronization and choice of Burst Mode operation or pulse-skipping mode. Soft-start and tracking functionality is accessed via the TR/SS pin. An accurate enable threshold can be set using the EN/UV pin and a resistor at the RT pin programs switch frequency.Applications Automotive and Industrial Supplies General Purpose Step-Down GSM Power Supplies

The LTC6905 precision, programmable silicon oscillator is easy to use and occupies very little board space. It requires only a single resistor to set the output frequency from 17MHz to 170MHz with a typical frequency error of 0.5% or less. The LTC6905 operates with a single 2.7V to 5.5V power supply and provides a rail-to-rail, 50% duty cycle square wave output. The CMOS output driver ensures fast rise/fall times and rail-to-rail switching. Operation is simple: A single resistor, RSET, between 10K to 25K is used to set the frequency, and an internal three-state divider (DIV input) allows for division of the master clock by 1, 2 or 4, providing three frequencies for each RSET value. The LTC6905 features a proprietary feedback loop that linearizes the relationship between RSET and frequency, eliminating the need for tables to calculate frequency. The oscillator can be easily programmed using the simple formula outlined below:See first page of Data Sheet for formula? For higher accuracy, fixed frequency versions that includean internal frequency-setting resistor, see the LTC6905-XXX Series datasheet.Applications High Frequency Precision Oscillator High Speed Data Bus Clock Fixed Crystal Oscillator Replacement Ceramic Oscillator Replacement
