The LT5528 is a direct I/Q modulator designed for high performance wireless applications, including wireless infrastructure. It allows direct modulation of an RF signal using differential baseband I and Q signals. It supports PHS, GSM, EDGE, TD-SCDMA, CDMA, CDMA2000, W-CDMA and other systems. It may also be con? gured as an image reject up-converting mixer, by applying 90? phase-shifted signals to the I and Q inputs. The I/Q baseband inputs consist of voltage-to-current converters that in turn drive double-balanced mixers. The outputs of these mixers are summed and applied to an on-chip RF transformer, which converts the differential mixer signals to a 50? single-ended output. The four balanced I and Q baseband input ports are intended for DC coupling from a? source with a common-mode voltage level of about 0.5V. The LO path consists of an LO buffer with single-ended input, and precision quadrature generators that produce the LO drive for the mixers. The supply voltage range is 4.5V to 5.25V.Applications Infrastructure Tx for DCS, PCS and UMTS Bands Image Reject Up-Converters for PCS and UMTS Bands Low-Noise Variable Phase-Shifter for 1.5GHz to 2.4GHz Local Oscillator Signals

The LTC4063 is a standalone linear charger for single cell lithium-ion batteries with an adjustable low dropout linear regulator (LDO). The adjustable LDO regulates an output voltage between 1.2V to 4.2V at up to 100mA load current. When the input supply (wall adapter or USB supply) is removed, the LDO regulates the output voltage without interruption. The battery charger and LDO regulator can be enabled individually. No external sense resistor or external blocking diode is required for charging due to the internal MOSFET architecture. Internal thermal feedback regulates the charge current to maintain a constant die temperature during high power operation or high ambient temperature conditions. The float voltage is fixed at 4.2V and the charge current is programmed with an external resistor. Charge termination methods include minimum charge current or maximum time. With power applied, the LTC4063 can be put into shutdown mode to reduce the supply current to 35?A and the battery drain current to less than 2?A.Other features include smart recharge, undervoltage lockout, LDO current limiting and a charge status pin to indicate when the charge cycle has completed.Applications Handheld Computers Portable MP3 Players Digital Cameras

LT5534ESC6 | 50MHz to 3GHz RF Power Detector with 60dB Dynamic Range, VCC = 2.7V

LT3472EDD | Boost and Inverting DC/DC Converters, VIN = 2.7V – 4.2V, VOUT1 = 15V @ 25mA–45mA, VOUT2 = –8V @ 35mA–65mA

Analog Devices Inc.
Demonstration circuit 760 is a dual, output, 1.1MHz Boost/Inverter in a 3mm x 3mm DFN featuring the LT3472EDD. The demo circuit demonstrates small size and low component count in a Boost Circuit and an Inverting Circuit. The Boost Converter is designed to convert a 2.7V–4.2V input to 15V output at 25mA– 45mA load. The Inverting Circuit generates a –8V output at 35mA–65mA from the same input. Since the maximum VIN of the LT3472EDD is 16V, this demo circuit will work well at higher inputs. The only limitation is the 10V rating of the input capacitor.

LTC3204EDC-3.3 Demo Board | Low Noise Regulated Charge Pump in 2 × 2 DFN, Burst Mode, VIN = 1.8V to 4.5V, VOUT = 3.3V/(40mA to 50mA Max)

Analog Devices Inc.
Demonstration circuit 761 is a low noise regulated charge pump featuring the LTC3204 (Burst Mode operation) in the 2 × 2 DFN package. There are two assembly versions, DC761A-A and DC761A-B for the LTC3204-5 (5V output) and LTC3204-3.3 (3.3V output) respectively. The DC761A-B produces a regulated 3.3V output from a 1.8V to 4.5V input. The guaranteed output current is 50mA from VIN between 1.9V and 4.5V, and 40mA for VIN less than 1.9V. The circuit requires only three tiny 0603 surface mount capacitors and uses minimal board space. No inductor or diodes are needed. The circuit features automatic Burst Mode® operation at light loads to maintain low supply current.

LTC3770EUF Demo Board | Margining & Tracking, 5V ≤ VIN ≤ 28V, VOUT = 2.5V @ 10A

Analog Devices Inc.
Demonstration circuit 774 is a high efficiency synchronous step-down DC/DC converter featuring the LTC3770EUH No RSENSE controller. It operates with a 5V to 28V input voltage range and provides a 2.5V output at up to 10A.

DC780B

Analog Devices Inc.
The LT1618 step-up DC/DC converter combines a traditional voltage feedback loop and a unique current feedback loop to operate as a constant-current, constant-voltage source. This fixed frequency, current mode switcher operates from a wide input voltage range of 1.6V to 18V, and the high switching frequency of 1.4MHz permits the use of tiny, low profile inductors and capacitors. The current sense voltage is set at 50mV and can be adjusted using the IADJ pin.Available in the 10-Pin (3mm x 3mm) Exposed Pad DFN and 10-pin MSOP packages, the LT1618 provides a complete solution for constant-current applications.Applications LED Backlight Drivers USB Powered Boost/SEPIC Converters Input Current Limited Boost/SEPIC Converters Battery Chargers
