HMC311ST89E

Part Number : HMC311ST89E

Analog Devices Inc.
The HMC311ST89(E) is a GaAs InGaP Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) Gain Block MMIC SMT DC to 6 GHz amplifiers. Packaged in an industry standard SOT89, the amplifier can be used as either a cascadable 50 Ohm gain stage or to drive the LO of HMC mixers with up to +16.5 dBm output power. The HMC311ST89(E) offers 16 dB of gain and an output IP3 of +31.5 dBm while requiring only 54 mA from a +5V supply. The Darlington feedback pair used results in reduced sensitivity to normal process variations and yields excellent gain stability over temperature while requiring a minimal number of external bias components.Applications Cellular / PCS / 3G  Fixed Wireless & WLAN  CATV & Cable Modem  Microwave Radio

HMC713LP3E

Part Number : HMC713LP3E

Analog Devices Inc.
The HMC713LP3E Logarithmic Detector/Controller is ideal for converting the power of RF signals with frequencies in the 50 MHz to 8000 MHz range, to a DC voltage, proportional to input power, at its output. The HMC713LP3E employs a successive compression technology which delivers 54 dB of dynamic range with high measurement accuracy over a wide input frequency range. As the input signal is increased, successive amplifiers move into saturation one by one creating an accurate approximation of the logarithm function. The outputs of a series of detectors are summed, converted into voltage domain and buffered to drive the OUTP output. For detection mode, the OUTP pin is connected to the VSET input and will provide a nominal logarithmic slope of 17 mV/dB and an intercept of -68 dBm. The HMC713LP3E can also be used in the controller mode where an external voltage is applied to the VSET pin to create an AGC or APC feedback loop.Applications Cellular Infrastructure WiMAX, WiBro & LTE/4G Power Monitoring & Control Circuitry Receiver Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) Cellular Infrastructure Automatic Gain & Power Control Military, ECM & Radar

The reference associated with each part is available at the VREFOUT pin.The parts incorporate a power-on reset circuit to ensure that the DAC output powers up to 0 V (AD5620 / AD5640 / AD5660-1-2) or midscale (AD5620-3 and AD5660-3) and remains there until a valid write takes place. The parts contain a power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to 480 nA at 5 V and provides software-selectable output loads while in power-down mode. The power consumption is 2.5 mW at 5 V, reducing to 1 μW in power-down mode. The AD5620 / AD5640 / AD5660 on-chip precision output amplifier allows rail-to-rail output swing to be achieved. For remote sensing applications, the output amplifier’s inverting input is available to the user. The AD5620 / AD5640 / AD5660 use a versatile 3-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 30 MHz and is compatible with standard SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and DSP interface standards.PRODUCT HIGLIGHTS 14-bit nanoDAC — 12-bit accuracy guaranteed. On-chip, 1.25 V/2.5 V, 5 ppm/°C reference. Available in 8-lead SOT-23 and 8-lead MSOP packages. ADP122ACPZ-3.3-R7

Part Number : ADP122ACPZ-3.3-R7

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADP122 / ADP123 are low quiescent current, low dropoutlinear regulators. They are designed to operate from an inputvoltage between 2.3 V and 5.5 V and to provide up to 300 mA of output current. The low 85 mV dropout voltage at a 300 mA loadimproves efficiency and allows operation over a wide inputvoltage range. The low 170 μA of quiescent current at full load makes the ADP122ideal for battery-operated portable equipment. The ADP122 is capable of 31 fixed output voltages from 1.75 Vto 3.3 V. The ADP123 is the adjustable version of the device andallows the output voltage to be set between 0.8 V and 5.0 V by an external voltage divider. The ADP122 / ADP123 are specifically designed for stable operationwith tiny 1 μF ceramic input and output capacitors to meet therequirements of high performance, space constrained applications. The ADP122 / ADP123 have an internal soft start that gives aconstant start-up time of 350 μs. Short-circuit protection andthermal overload protection circuits prevent damage in adverse conditions. The ADP122 / ADP123 are available in a tiny, 5-leadTSOT package and 6-lead LFCSP package for the smallestfootprint solution to meet a variety of portable applications.APPLICATIONS Digital camera and audio devices Portable and battery-powered equipment Automatic meter reading (AMR) meters GPS and location management units Medical instrumentation Point-of-sale equipment

ADA4505-1ACBZ-R7

Part Number : ADA4505-1ACBZ-R7

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADA4505-1/ADA4505-2/ADA4505-4 are single, dual, and quad micropower amplifiers featuring rail-to-rail input and output swings while operating from a single 1.8 V to 5 V power supply or from dual ±0.9 V to ±2.5 V power supplies.Employing a new circuit technology, these low cost amplifiers offer zero input crossover distortion (excellent PSRR and CMRR performance) and very low bias current, while operating with a supply current of less than 10 μA per amplifier. This combination of features makes the ADA4505-x amplifiers ideal choices for battery-powered applications because they minimize errors due to power supply voltage variations over the lifetime of the battery and maintain high CMRR even for a rail-to-rail op amp.Remote battery-powered sensors, handheld instrumentation and consumer equipment, hazard detectors (for example, smoke, fire, and gas), and patient monitors can benefit from the features of the ADA4505-x amplifiers. The ADA4505-x family is specified for both the industrial temperature range (−40°C to +85°C) and the extended industrial temperature range (−40°C to +125°C). The ADA4505-1 single amplifier is available in a tiny 5-lead SOT-23. The ADA4505-2 dual amplifier is available in a standard 8-lead MSOP and a 8-ball WLCSP. The ADA4505-4 quad amplifier is available in a 14-lead TSSOP and a 14-ball WLCSP.The ADA4505-x family is a member of a growing series of zero crossover op amps offered by Analog Devices, Inc., including the AD8506/AD8508, which also operate from a single 1.8 V to 5 V power supply or from dual ±0.9 V to ±2.5 V power supplies.ApplicationsPressure and position sensorsRemote securityMedical monitorsBattery-powered consumer equipmentHazard detectors

DC827A-B

Part Number : DC827A-B

Analog Devices Inc.
The LTC2801/LTC2802/LTC2803/LTC2804 are single and dual RS-232 transceivers in narrow SSOP and chip-scale DFN packages. All operate over a supply range of 1.8V to 5.5V, which permits operation directly from two alkaline, NiCd or NiMH cells. An integrated DC-to-DC converter generates power supplies for driving RS-232 levels. A logic supply pin allows easy interfacing with different logic levels independent of the DC-DC supply. These parts are compatible with the TIA/EIA-232-F standard. Driver outputs are protected from overload and can be shorted to ground or up to ±15V without damage. To extend battery life, receivers can be kept active, operating at reduced speed, with only 15μA current. In shutdown mode, current is further reduced to 1μA.
