ADUM6400ARIZ

Part Number : ADUM6400ARIZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADuM640x devices are quad-channel digital isolators with isoPower®, an integrated, isolated DC/DC converter. Based on the Analog Devices, Inc., iCoupler® technology, the DC/DC converter provides up to 500 mW of regulated, isolated power at either 5.0 V or 3.3 V from a 5.0 V input supply, or 3.3 V from a 3.3 V supply at the power levels shown in Table 1. This eliminates the need for a separate, isolated DC/DC converter in low power, isolated designs. The iCoupler chip scale transformer technology is used to isolate the logic signals and for the magnetic components of the DC/DC converter. The result is a small form factor, total isolation solution. The ADuM640x isolators provide four independent isolation channels in a variety of channel configurations and data rates (see the Ordering Guide for more information).isoPower uses high frequency switching elements to transfer power through its transformer. Special care must be taken during printed circuit board (PCB) layout to meet emissions standards. Refer to the AN-0971 application note for board layout recommendations at www.analog.com.

ADG758BCPZ

Part Number : ADG758BCPZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADG758 and ADG759 are low voltage, CMOS analog multiplexers comprising eight single channels and four differential channels, respectively. The ADG758 switches one of eight inputs (S1–S8) to a common output, D, as determined by the 3-bit binary address lines A0, A1, and A2. The ADG759 switches one of four differential inputs to a common differential output as determined by the 2-bit binary address lines A0 and A1. An EN input on both devices is used to enable or disable the device. When disabled, all channels are switched OFF.Low power consumption and an operating supply range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V make the ADG758 and ADG759 ideal for battery-powered, portable instruments. All channels exhibit break-before-make switching action preventing momentary shorting when switching channels. These switches are designed on an enhanced submicron process that provides low power dissipation yet gives high switching speed, very low ON resistance and leakage currents. ON resistance is in the region of a few ohms and is closely matched between switches and very flat over the full signal range. These parts can operate equally well as either multiplexers or demultiplexers and have an input signal range that extends to the supplies. The ADG758 and ADG759 are available in 20-lead chip scale packages.PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS  Small 20-Lead 4 mm × 4 mm Chip Scale Packages (CSP). Single/Dual Supply Operation. The ADG758 and ADG759 are fully specified and guaranteed with 3 V and 5 V single-supply and ±2.5 V dual-supply rails. Low RON (3 Ω Typical). Low Power Consumption (

ADM6711MAKSZ-REEL7

Part Number : ADM6711MAKSZ-REEL7

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADM6711/ADM6713 are reset generator circuits suitable for use in microprocessor-based systems. They provide a reset signal on power-up, power-down, and whenever the supply voltage falls below a preset threshold. In addition, both parts have a debounced manual reset input so that a reset signal can also be initiated with an external switch or logic signal. With six different reset threshold options available ranging from 2.32 V to 4.63 V, the ADM6711/ADM6713 are suitable for monitoring 2.5 V, 3 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V supplies. A reset timeout of at least 140 ms occurs when VCC rises above the threshold. This gives the supply voltage time to stabilize before the microprocessor starts up.The ADM6711 has a push-pull output, so no additional external components are needed. The ADM6713 open-drain output requires an external pull-up resistor that can be connected to a voltage higher than VCC, if desired. The parts are highly reliable with accurate voltage references and immunity to fast, negative-going transients on VCC. Low current consumption and space-efficient, 4-lead SC70 packaging make the ADM6711/ADM6713 ideal for use in low power portable applications.APPLICATIONS Microprocessor systems Computers Controllers Intelligent instruments Automotive systems

DAC8412FPCZ

Part Number : DAC8412FPCZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The DAC8412 / DAC8413 are quad, 12-bit voltage output DACs with readback capability. Built using a complementary BiCMOS process, these monolithic DACs offer the user very high package density.Output voltage swing is set by the two reference inputs VREFH and VREFL. By setting the VREFL input to 0 V and VREFH to a positive voltage, the DAC provides a unipolar positive output range. A similar configuration with VREFH at 0 V and VREFL at a negative voltage provides a unipolar negative output range. Bipolar outputs are configured by connecting both VREFH and VREFL to nonzero voltages. This method of setting output voltage range has advantages over other bipolar offsetting methods because it is not dependent on internal and external resistors with different temperature coefficients.Digital controls allow the user to load or read back data from any DAC, load any DAC, and transfer data to all DACs at one time.An active low RESET loads all DAC output registers to midscale for the DAC8412 and zero scale for the DAC8413.The DAC8412 / DAC8413 are available in 28-lead plastic DIP, 28-lead ceramic DIP, 28-lead PLCC, and 28-lead LCC packages. They can be operated from a wide variety of supply and reference voltages with supplies ranging from single +5 V to ±15 V, and references from +2.5 V to ±10 V. Power dissipation is less than 330 mW with ±15 V supplies and only 60 mW with a +5 V supply. For MIL-STD-883 applications, contact your local Analog Devices, Inc. sales office for the DAC8412/DAC8413/883 data sheet, which specifies operation over the −55°C to +125°C temperature range.
