Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX4249–MAX4257 low-noise, low-distortion operational amplifiers offer rail-to-rail outputs and single-supply operation down to 2.4V. They draw 400µA of quiescent supply current per amplifier while featuring ultra-low distortion (0.0002% THD), as well as low input voltage-noise density (7.9nV/) and low input current-noise density (0.5fA/). These features make the devices an ideal choice for portable/battery-powered applications that require low distortion and/or low noise. For additional power conservation, the MAX4249/MAX4251/MAX4253/MAX4256 offer a low-power shutdown mode that reduces supply current to 0.5µA and puts the amplifiers' outputs into a high-impedance state. The MAX4249–MAX4257's outputs swing rail-to-rail and their input common-mode voltage range includes ground. The MAX4250–MAX4254 are unity-gain stable with a gain-bandwidth product of 3MHz. The MAX4249/MAX4255/MAX4256/MAX4257 are internally compensated for gains of 10V/V or greater with a gain-bandwidth product of 22MHz. MAX4507EAP+

Part Number : MAX4507EAP+

Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX4506/MAX4507 multiple, two-terminal signal-line protectors are pin-compatible with the industry-standard MAX366/MAX367. These new circuit protectors feature fault-protected inputs and rail-to-rail signal handling capability. The input pins are protected from overvoltage faults up to ±36V with power on or ±40V with power off. During a fault condition, the input terminal becomes an open circuit and only nanoamperes of leakage current flow from the source; but the switch output (OUT_) furnishes typically 19mA from the appropriate polarity supply to the load. This ensures unambiguous rail-to-rail outputs when a fault begins and ends. The MAX4506 contains three independent protectors while the MAX4507 contains eight independent protectors. They can protect both unipolar and bipolar analog signals using either unipolar (+9V to +36V) or bipolar (±8V to ±18V) power supplies. These devices have no logic control inputs; the protectors are designed to be always-on when the supplies are on. On-resistance is 100Ω max and matched within 7Ω , and on-leakage is less than 0.5nA at TA = +25°C. The MAX4506 is available in 8-pin SO/DIP packages. The MAX4507 is available in 20-pin SSOP and 18-pin SO/DIP packages.ApplicationsAutomated Test Equipment (ATE)Data Acquisition SystemsHot-Insertion Boards/SystemsProcess Control SystemsRedundant/Backup SystemsSensitive Instruments

MAX160EWN+

Part Number : MAX160EWN+

Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX160 and MX7574 are low cost, microprocessor compatible 8 bit analog-to-digital converters which use the successive-approximation technique to achieve conversion times of 4μs (MAX160) and 15μs (MX7574).The A/Ds are designed to easily interface with microprocessors by appearing as a memory location or I/O port without the need for external interfacing logic. Data outputs use latched, three-state buffer circuitry to allow direct connection to a microprocessor data bus or system input port. Operation is simplified by an on-chip clock, +5V power supply requirement, and low supply current (5mA max). The MAX160 provides major performance improvements over the AD7574 in accuracy and speed specifications as well as compatibility with TTL logic levels.ApplicationsAvionicsDigital Signal ProcessingHigh Speed Data AcquisitionInstrumentationProcess AutomationTelecommunications

MAX180ACQH+D

Part Number : MAX180ACQH+D

Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX180/MAX181 are complete 12-bit Data Acquisition System (DAS) which combine 8/6 channel input multiplexer, high bandwidth Track-and-Hold (T/H), low-drift zener reference, and flexible microprocessor (µP) interface with high conversion speed and low power consuption. The MAX180/MAX181 can be configured by a µP for unipolar or bipolar conversions and single-ended or differential inputs. The MAX181 brings out both the multiplexer output and ADC input to separate pins, allowing a programmable gain amplifier to be inserted between the MUX and the ADC.The systems allow the user to choose between an internal or an external reference. Furthermore, the internal reference value and the offest can be adjusted, allowing the overall system gain and offset errors to be nulled. The multiplexer has high impedence inputs, simplifying analog drive requirements.ApplicationsAutomated Test Equipment (ATE)Digital Signal Processing (DSP)High-Accuracy Process ControlHigh-Speed Servo Loops

MAX199BEAI+

Part Number : MAX199BEAI+

Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX199 multi-range, 12-bit data-acquisition system(DAS) requires only a single +5V supply for operation, and converts analog signals up to ±4V at its inputs. Thissystem provides eight analog input channels that areindependently software programmable for a variety ofranges: ±VREF, ±VREF/2, 0V to VREF, or 0V to VREF/2.This increases effective dynamic range to 14 bits, andprovides the user flexibility to interface 4mA-to-20mA,±12V, and ±15V powered sensors to a single +5V system. In addition, the converter is fault-protected to±16.5V; a fault condition on any channel will not affectthe conversion result of the selected channel. Other featuresinclude a 5MHz bandwidth track/hold, 100kspsthroughput rate, internal/external clock, internal/externalacquisition control, 8+4 parallel interface, and operationwith an internal 4.096V or external reference.A hardware active-low SHDN pin and two programmable power-downmodes (STBYPD, FULLPD) provide low-currentshutdown between conversions. In STBYPD mode, thereference buffer remains active, eliminating start-updelays.The MAX199 employs a standard microprocessor (µP)interface. Its three-state data I/O interface is configuredto operate with 8-bit data buses, and data-access andbus-release timing specifications are compatible withmost popular µPs. All logic inputs and outputs areTTL/CMOS compatible. The MAX199 is available in 28-pin DIP, wide SO, SSOP,and ceramic SB packages. For a different combination of input ranges (±10V, ±5V,0V to 10V, 0V to 5V), see the MAX197 data sheet.
