5962R1420501VXA

Part Number : 5962R1420501VXA

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD8229 is an ultralow noise instrumentation amplifier designed for measuring small signals in the presence of large common-mode voltages and high temperatures. The AD8229 has been designed for high temperature operation. The process is dielectrically isolated to avoid leakage currents at high temperatures. The design architecture was chosen to compensate for the low VBE voltages at high temperatures. The AD8229 excels at measuring tiny signals. It delivers industry leading 1 nV/√Hz input noise performance. The high CMRR of the AD8229 prevents unwanted signals from corrupting the acquisition. The CMRR increases as the gain increases, offering high rejection when it is most needed. The AD8229 is one of the fastest instrumentation amplifiers available. Its current feedback architecture provides high bandwidth at high gain, for example, 1.2 MHz at G = 100. The design includes circuitry to improve settling time after large input voltage transients. The AD8229 was designed for excellent distortion performance, allowing use in demanding applications such as vibration analysis.Gain is set from 1 to 1000 with a single resistor. A reference pin allows the user to offset the output voltage. This feature can be useful when interfacing with analog-to-digital converters.

AD5062BRJZ-1REEL7

Part Number : AD5062BRJZ-1REEL7

Analog Devices Inc.
The AD5062, a member of ADI’s nanoDAC® family, is a low power, single 16-bit unbuffered voltage-out DAC that operatesfrom a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. The part offers a relative accuracy specification of ±1 LSB, and operation is guaranteed monotonic with a ±1 LSB DNL specification. The part uses a versatile 3-wire serial interface that operates at clock rates up to 30 MHz, and is compatible with standard SPI®, QSPI™, MICROWIRE™, and DSP interface standards. The reference for the AD5062 is supplied from an external VREF pin. A reference buffer is also provided on-chip. The part incorporates a power-on reset circuit that ensures the DAC output powers up to zero scale or mid-scale and remains there until a valid write takes place to the device. The part contains a power-down feature that reduces the current consumption of the device to typically 300 nA at 5 V and provides software-selectable output loads while in power-down mode. The part is put into power-down mode over the serial interface. Total unadjusted error for the part is

MAX954ESA+T

Part Number : MAX954ESA+T

Analog Devices Inc.
The MAX951–MAX954 feature combinations of a micropower operational amplifier, comparator, and reference in an 8-pin package. In the MAX951 and MAX952, the comparator's inverting input is connected to an internal 1.2V ±2% bandgap reference. The MAX953 and MAX954 are offered without an internal reference. The MAX951/MAX952 operate from a single 2.7V to 7V supply with a typical supply current of 7µA, while the MAX953/MAX954 operate from 2.4V to 7V with a 5µA typical supply current. Both the op amp and comparator feature a common-mode input voltage range that extends from the negative supply rail to within 1.6V of the positive rail, as well as output stages that swing rail-to-rail.The op amps in the MAX951/MAX953 are internally compensated to be unity-gain stable, while the op amps in the MAX952/MAX954 feature 125kHz typical bandwidth, 66V/ms slew rate, and stability for gains of 10V/V or greater. These op amps have a unique output stage that enables them to operate with an ultra-low supply current while maintaining linearity under loaded conditions. In addition, they have been designed to exhibit good DC characteristics over their entire operating temperature range, minimizing input-referred errors. The comparator output stage of these devices continuously sources as much as 40mA. The comparators eliminate power-supply glitches that commonly occur when changing logic states, minimizing parasitic feedback and making the devices easier to use. In addition, they contain ±3mV internal hysteresis to ensure clean output switching, even with slow-moving input signals.ApplicationsBattery-Powered ApplicationsInfrared Receivers for Remote ControlsInstruments, Terminals, and Bar-Code ReadersLow-Frequency, Local-Area Alarms/DetectorsPhotodiode PreampsSmart CardsSmoke Detectors and Safety Sensors

EV-ADF4368SD1Z

Part Number : EV-ADF4368SD1Z

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADF4368 is a high performance, ultralow jitter, integer-N and fractional-N phase-locked loop (PLL) with integrated VCO ideally suited for frequency conversion applications. The high performance PLL has a figure of merit of -239dBc/Hz, very low 1/f Noise of normalized -287dBc/Hz and high PFD frequency that can achieve ultralow in-band noise and integrated jitter. The ADF4368 can generate any frequency from 800 MHz to 12.8 GHz without an internal doubler, thereby eliminating the need for sub-harmonic filters. Σ-Δ modulator includes a 25-bit fixed modulus which allows hertz frequency resolution and an additional 24-bit variable modulus which allows even finer resolution and flexibility for frequency planning. 9 dBm output power at 12.8 GHz in single ended configuration with 16 step power adjust feature makes it very useful for any application. For multiple frequency conversion applications such as phase array radar or massive MIMO systems, the outputs of multiple ADF4368 can be aligned by using SYNC input or EZSync. EZSync method is used when it is difficult to distribute the SYNC signal to all parts precisely. For applications that require deterministic delay or delay adjustment capability, a programmable reference to output delay with The simplicity of the ADF4368 block diagram eases development time with a simplified SPI register map, external SYNC input and repeatable multi-chip phase alignment both in integer and fractional mode.APPLICATIONSWireless infrastructure (MC-GSM, 5G)Test and MeasurementAerospace and Defense
