This family features a high performance sample-and-hold amplifier (SHA) and voltage reference. The AD9235 uses a multistage differential pipelined architecture with output error correction logic to provide 12-bit accuracy at 20/40/65 MSPS data rates and guarantee no missing codes over the full operating temperature range. The wide bandwidth, truly differential SHA allows a variety ofuser-selectable input ranges and offsets including single-endedapplications. It is suitable for multiplexed systems that switchfull-scale voltage levels in successive channels and for samplingsingle-channel inputs at frequencies well beyond the Nyquist rate.Combined with power and cost savings over previously availableanalog-to-digital converters, the AD9235 is suitable for applications in communications, imaging, and medical ultrasound.A single-ended clock input is used to control all internal conversion cycles. A duty cycle stabilizer (DCS) compensates for wide variations in the clock duty cycle while maintaining excellent overall ADC performance. The digital output data is presented in straight binary or twos complement formats. An out-of-range (OTR) signal indicates an overflow condition that can be used with the most significant bit to determine low or high overflow.Fabricated on an advanced CMOS process, the AD9235 is available in a 28-lead thin shrink small outline package (TSSOP) and a 32-lead chip scale package (LFCSP) and is specified over the industrial temperature range (-40°C to +85°C).APPLICATIONS Ultrasound equipment IF sampling in communications receivers Battery-powered instruments Hand-held scopemeters Low cost digital oscilloscopesPRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS The AD9235 operates from a single 3 V power supply and features a separate digital output driver supply to accommodate 2.5 V and 3.3 V logic families. Operating at 65 MSPS, the AD9235 consumes a low 300 mW. The patented SHA input maintains excellent performance for input frequencies up to 100 MHz and can be configured for single-ended or differential operation. The AD9235 pinout is similar to the AD9214-65, a 10-bit, 65 MSPS ADC. This allows a simplified upgrade path from 10 bits to 12 bits for 65 MSPS systems. ADE7761BARSZ

Part Number : ADE7761BARSZ

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADE7761B is a high accuracy, fault-tolerant, electrical energy measurement IC intended for use with 2-wire distribution systems. The part specifications surpass the accuracy requirements as quoted in the IEC 62053-21 standard. The only analog circuitry used on the ADE7761B is in the ADCs and reference circuit. All other signal processing (such as multiplication and filtering) is carried out in the digital domain. This approach provides superior stability and accuracy over extremes in environmental conditions and over time. The ADE7761B incorporates a fault detection scheme similar to the ADE7751 by continuously monitoring both phase and neutral currents. A fault is indicated when the currents differ by more than 6.25%.The ADE7761B incorporates a missing neutral detection scheme by continuously monitoring the input voltage. When a missing neutral condition is detected (no voltage input), the ADE7761B continues billing based on the active current signal (see the Missing Neutral Mode section). The missing neutral condition is indicated when the FAULT pin goes high. The ADE7761B supplies average active power information on the low frequency outputs, F1 and F2. The CF logic output gives instantaneous active power information. The ADE7761B includes a power supply monitoring circuit on the VDD supply pin. Internal phase matching circuitry ensures that the voltage and current channels are matched. An internal no-load threshold ensures that the ADE7761B does not exhibit any creep when there is no load.

ADM483EARZ-REEL

Part Number : ADM483EARZ-REEL

Analog Devices Inc.
The ADM483E is a 5 V, low power data transceiver with ±15 kV ESD protection suitable for half-duplex communication on multipoint bus transmission lines. The ADM483E is designed for balanced data transmission and complies with TIA/EIA Standards RS-485 and RS-422, which allow up to 32 transceivers on a bus.The ADM483E has a low current shutdown mode in which it consumes only 0.1 μA. Because only one driver is enabled at any time, the output of a disabled or power-down driver is three-stated to avoid overloading the bus. Drivers are short-circuit current-limited and are protected against excessive power dissipation by thermal shutdown circuitry that places their outputs into a high impedance state. The receiver input has a fail-safe feature that guarantees a logic high output if the input is open circuit. The ADM483E is fully specified over the industrial temperature ranges and is available in 8-lead SOIC_N packages.
