The PEACH reference boards from Renesas feature the RZ/A1H family of MCU products. Fully pin-compatible with Arduino UNO, the GR-PEACH board is an ARM® mbed™ enabled development platform. This board comes with a robust library selection as well as a web browser based program to accelerate the development of your application. With the added appeal of 10 MB of built-in RAM and the processing power of ARM® Cortex®-A, the GR-PEACH was created for IoT developers. A wide variety of peripherals on the board including HMI - graphics, network, camera input, audio, and touch panel make this suitable for IoT applications.
RZ/A1H is the premium full-featured part in the RZ/A1 family with an ARM Cortex-A9 core running at 400 MHz and 10 MB of on-chip SRAM to support the largest frame-buffers on-chip. With RZ/A1H, you can design your embedded system like an MCU and get the performance of a 400 MHz ARM Cortex-A9 MPU. Enabled for support with Linux, RTOS or Bare-metal, this is the ideal device for designing intelligent IoT applications with compactness and high performance. The PEACH reference boards are supported in QFP and BGA packages with different sizes to support board layout flexibility and with SDRAM interface to expand up to 128 MB of external memory.
