Description

This application report describes a method for improving the absolute accuracy of the 12-bit ADC found on the TMS320280x and TMS3202801x devices. Inherent gain and offset errors affect the absolute accuracy of the ADC. The methods described in this report can improve the absolute accuracy of the ADC to levels better than 0.5%.
