18V-36V Input 5V/15A; 94% Efficient Active Clamp
Description
The PMP5117 reference design provides an isolated 5V at 15A from a 18V to 36V input range. This design uses the UCC2897A active clamp controller along with Texas Instruments' NexFET technology: CSD16321Q5: synchronous rectifiers to achieve up to 94% efficiency.
