Load Switches for Power MUXing & Reverse Current Blocking Reference Design

Description

In systems that can be powered from multiple power sources: achieving a seamless transition when switching between sources can be challenging: especially when it is also neccesary to block reverse current flow. This reference design demonstrates how two load switches can be used to MUX power between two supplies and block reverse current.
